Shoreditch Village Phase 1

ATTOL Architecture has been commissioned to design the interiors for an unusual, high-end development in Shoreditch. After establishing a brief with our client we set about forging a blend of edgy, industrial materials with modern minimal elements. Work is now underway on site, building the shell of the building, with completion expected late 2016.

Bonneville Gardens – London

Bonneville Gardens – A bold concept design which required strong ideas and commitment to achieve the planning permission for this extensive renovation and extension. Phase 2 of the project is yet to be commenced but will include a structural glass terrace and children’s games room at lower ground.

Aragon Tower -Berkeley Homes

Aragon Tower – A large east London ex-council tower block which was converted by stripping back to the shell and refitting to a high standard of finish. ATTOL deisgned both the marketing suite, Split level concierge entrance areas and landscaping.

Ski Chalet – Switzerland

Ski Chalet Verbier – Switzerland. The original Swiss chalet required extending and a fully replaced traditional roof which included timber structure, roof stones, insulation, vapour barriers & copper work. Phase 2 work currently under way to extend the chalet after ATTOL obtained planning permission from the local canton.

Knightsbridge Apartment. Originally a very run down apartment with a large unused loft above, ATTOL was commissioned to create an apartment for a young professional at the very top end of the market. This included converting the existing loft void and working with English Heritage to seek approvals.

Pembroke Gardens – London

Kensington. A substantial family home requiring a complete refurbishment and extensive restructuring. The challenge of providing the client with a low carbon house combined with a traditional elegance made this a very unusual project. Bespoke furniture and joinery was also a major part of this work.
