Cadogan Square mansion block refurbishment nears completion.

For the past 18 months, ATTOL have worked closely with Caroline Paterson Interiors refurbishing communal parts of 61 Cadogan Square, a grade II-listed mansion block within a conservation area. After removing the defunct, late-Victorian lift cage, handrails and balustrades were replaced, where missing, and refurbished – including the addition of a new, brass safety rail. A new archway was also provided, opening up the existing entrance hall.
