Project
An unusual project currently in progress set in the heart of Wimbledon Village. The project brief was to turn what was originally a very unattractive, ‘developer quality’ building into a high end home at the highest level. Following a complete strip out and removal of all services and most of the roof, windows and walls, the formation of a large basement was dug to provide a gym and other living areas below ground.
The exterior of the building was re-planned to give a more balanced set of elevations with steel framed glazing from MHB Glass and a limestone wall finish was used to build the exterior finish.
