ATTOL offer a combination of Architectural and Interior Design services for high quality residential design projects. Over the past 10 years we have completed projects ranging from bespoke furniture and decorative schemes, through to complete design and procurement of substantial houses in central London. ATTOL’s work is not limited to the UK either as we have also carried out projects in France, Switzerland and the Bahamas for some of our international clients.

Cadogan Apartment – A clean, crisp, and contemporary refurbishment of an apartment within a grade II-listed mansion block in Chelsea , London.

Bonneville Gardens – London

Bonneville Gardens – A bold concept design which required strong ideas and commitment to achieve the planning permission for this extensive renovation and extension. Phase 2 of the project is yet to be commenced but will include a structural glass terrace and children’s games room at lower ground.

Knightsbridge Apartment. Originally a very run down apartment with a large unused loft above, ATTOL was commissioned to create an apartment for a young professional at the very top end of the market. This included converting the existing loft void and working with English Heritage to seek approvals.

Pembroke Gardens – London

Kensington. A substantial family home requiring a complete refurbishment and extensive restructuring. The challenge of providing the client with a low carbon house combined with a traditional elegance made this a very unusual project. Bespoke furniture and joinery was also a major part of this work.

South Kensington House. A residential refurbishment incorporating an office into the home. The use of leather and timber paneling creates a modern look whilst working with the existing period features. The space also functions as a working office incorporating all technical systems required

Timber House Extension – Purley, Croydon. The main work to this family house was an extension to increase the living space, with a kitchen to complement this simple colour scheme. The bathroom was designed using a range of finishes and textures.

The Old Steine – Brighton

Old Steine Residence, Brighton. This residential project is a listed building within a conservation area. Designs included enclosing a sunken courtyard with a vaulted curved glass roof. Additions to other areas of the house included a new kitchen & bathroom.

South Kensington Apartment. The design of this interior focuses on natural finishes throughout the home, making a bold statement with the use of paneling and joinery. Bespoke joinery also incorporating TV and AV systems.

Design of gym, sauna & steam room with new accommodation linked to the main house, utilizing specialist materials in each area to create the desired look and function. Underpinning of the original vaults and substantial structural work was required to open up the lower ground floor plate.

The Boltons – London

Gilston Road, Fulham. Complete interior refurbishment of this London townhouse. Alteration of the rear elevation to open up the house to the garden, increasing floor space and natural light. The staircase was a particular feature with a bespoke balustrade design. The interior scheme also featured bespoke items of furniture.
